1. General Terms & Conditions

Polo9 (polo9.fun) is an online gaming and betting platform operated for entertainment purposes. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Polo9 and each registered member of the platform.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Polo9. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Polo9 may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Accurate and complete information is required to open an account on Polo9. Registering with false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• A national ID card, passport, or driving license may be required for account verification.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Polo9 support immediately.
• Opening an account in the name of a corporate or business entity is not permitted.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

Polo9 accepts multiple payment methods for deposits, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply for each method and are subject to change.

Deposited funds must only be used for gaming purposes. Using Polo9 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Depositing using another person's payment account or card is prohibited.
• Polo9 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, fees from your payment provider may apply.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in the account being placed under investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus and promotional offers on Polo9 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Reading the terms of each offer before claiming it is mandatory.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit. Any attempt to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings earned from free-spin bonuses.
• Polo9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from Polo9. Withdrawals from unverified accounts are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, though delays may occur during the verification process.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an important policy for the prevention of money laundering.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (subject to change).
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Polo9 may request additional verification documents for any suspicious transactions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it will be converted to real balance only after wagering requirements are completed.

• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts or engaging in syndicate betting is strictly prohibited.
• Using software bots or automated methods to play is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and integrity of Polo9. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
• Attacking the platform through hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
• Fraudulent behavior toward or threatening other members.
